Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hire XA, the recruitment platform at hirexa.ai, operated by Vizara Technologies ("Hire XA", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
1. The service
Hire XA helps companies manage hiring, including job postings, candidate pipelines, AI-assisted screening interviews, scheduling, and interviewer feedback. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Workspaces are created with a company email address. To keep a company's hiring in one place, a single workspace is allowed per company domain, and additional colleagues join by invitation from a workspace admin.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent purpose.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data.
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
4. Candidate data and your responsibilities
When you use Hire XA to process information about candidates, you are responsible for handling that information lawfully, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction and informing candidates how their data is used. You should not rely on AI-generated interview output as the sole basis for a hiring decision; it is intended to assist human judgement, not replace it.
5. Connected accounts and third-party services
If you connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox to send emails, your use
of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms.
When you connect a Google account, Hire XA requests only the ability
to send email on your behalf (the gmail.send scope) and
does not read or modify your mailbox. You can disconnect a mailbox at
any time from your settings.
6. Intellectual property
The Hire XA platform, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Vizara Technologies. You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as job descriptions and candidate records), and you grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content so we can provide the service to you.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service from time to time.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire XA and Vizara Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if needed to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
